Check-in: time is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Check-out: time is 10:00 am

For the comfort of our guests we ask that you DO NOT SMOKE or BRING PETS.

Deposit

50% of the total charge is due within ten days after the reservation is made or your reservation will he cancelled. Reservations made less then 30 days in advance may be confirmed with a valid credit card guarantee.

Final payment is due upon arrival.

Cash or check payment is preferred. Visa andĀ MasterCardĀ  are accepted. All stays require signing of a rental lease agreement.

A damage deposit of $250 is required for all stays.

Cancellation

A full refund will be given with 60 days cancellation notice; with less than 60 days cancellation notice a refund will only be made if the space can be rebooked. Credit card guarantee will be handled like other advance deposits. All cancellations are subject to a $50 handling charge.
